EXPERIENCE/COMFORT LEVEL - We have worked REO for several months.  Our business model is centered around specializing in REO listing maintenance.

FINANCIAL RESOURCES - We have the financial resources to maintain an unlimited quantity of homes, including monthly utilities, repairs, maintenance, re-key, and repairs.

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT - We are experienced in maintaining the REO home.  We have a list of vendors that supply interior cleaning, exterior landscaping, trash out and repairs as necessary.  We work with tenants with the cash for keys programs.

RESPONSE TIME - We are always quick to respond.  All properties are secured immediately, with a visit in les than 24 hours to assess the occupancy.  Locks are re-keyed upon vacancy.  Our experience expands over a 15 year term, having owned and currently own our own properties, varying from single family to multi-family homes.  This experience has given us the knowledge and insight to handle the REO property.

TEAM - We have a team of professionals working with us to maintain the REO property.  Our team has over 30 years experience working with clients, and specializing in working with the buyers, assisting in all aspects of the purchase transaction.  We have over 80% transaction conversion.

PROMOTING BANK INTERNAL FINANCING - We are set up to promote the bank's internal financing.  Each individual property will require a pre approval from your institution, alon with promotional material onsite.

COVERAGE AREA - We work the entire Bakersfield and surrounding areas.
